Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are spread across two locations – Dewas and Pithampur. From gear manufacturing to axle assembly, these facilities house the latest technologies, enabling us to deliver super quality products to our customers.

  • EEC is one of the country’s largest ground‑gear manufacturers, equipped with advanced CNC Gear Grinding Machines from Reishauer , Samputensilli , Liebherr and KlingeInberg. With a fleet of 20+ high‑precision gear grinding machines, we deliver consistent accuracy, superior surface finish and world‑class quality across all gear profiles.​
  • For manufacturing critical crown wheel and pinion sets, we are equipped with advanced KlingeInberg C27,C42 and C50 machines, ensuring exceptional accuracy and reliability in bevel gear production. To further enhance our capacity and precision, a Gleason 600 HC bevel gear cutting machine is also planned for installation.​
  • Manufacturing ecosystem equipped with world‑class CNC Hobbing and Shaping Machines from global suppliers such as Liebherr , Gleason, Nidec, Kashivizi and Lorenz , ensuring exceptional precision in gear cutting. Complementing these are our advanced CNC Shaving Machines from Kanzaki, SICMAT, Nidec and HOTA, enabling superior finishing accuracy and consistent gear quality.​
  • To achieve accuracy in tool sharpening, we operate a 9‑axis Gleason Hurth Shaving Cutter Sharpening Machine equipped with Siemens 840D advanced simulation software. Good engineering equipment in deciding shaving cutter profiles to achieve best in class gear quality. The system generates a precise digital model of the post‑grinding tooth‑flank geometry, guaranteeing flawless cutter performance.​
  • Equipped with advanced CNC Bore and Cylindrical Grinding Machines from EMAG,PMT, Bestek and Toyoda, delivering high‑precision bore and OD grinding accuracy. These capabilities are complemented by Hard Turning Machines from Muratec,Mazak, LMW, and ACE, along with an EMAG CNC combi system that integrates hard turning and taper bore grinding in a single platform for superior accuracy and dimensional control.​
  • Equipped with advanced CNC shaping machines from Lorenz, Fellows, Liebherr and Nidec, enabling high‑precision gear cutting with consistent accuracy and superior surface quality.​
  • Advanced heat‑treatment division equipped with an Aichelin Continuous Gas Carburizing Furnace, featuring full PLC automation and robotic press‑quenching for uniform hardness and distortion control. We also utilize Aichelin and Ipsen sealed‑quench furnaces capable of both hot‑oil and cold‑oil quenching. Complementing these are in‑house gas nitriding, nitrocarburizing, shot peening, and air‑peening processes, along with an RHF Plug & Press Quenching Machine, enabling complete and controlled heat‑treatment capability under one roof.​
  • Quality ecosystem strengthened by advanced Klingelnberg P40 & P65 gear testers, supporting precision measurement for gears as large as 650 mm. With fully equipped standard rooms, metallurgy labs, Becker Extol systems and comprehensive multi‑gauging solutions, we ensure world‑class accuracy, traceability, and validation for every component we manufacture.​
  • Heat‑treatment facility including a state‑of‑the‑art ENRX Induction Hardening system, delivering consistent hardening quality, minimal distortion and high process reliability for precision‑engineered parts.​
  • Manufacturing excellence supported by in‑house diamond broaching, push‑load testing, UT testing, and gear balancing technologies, allowing us to deliver components with exceptional dimensional accuracy, structural soundness and vibration‑free performance.​
  • Equipped with dedicated facilities for manganese phosphating for enhanced wear resistance and Millipore-based cleanliness validation to meet stringent customer and industry standards.​ ​

Our Pithampur plant spreads across 9.4 acres of land and is located in the Special Economic Zone of Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The facility is certified to various systems and manufactures a variety of engineering components for our global customers.
